Building my home was a deeply personal journey, and I wanted it to reflect functionality, convenience, and good energy flow. I was closely involved in the design - we went through eleven iterations to get it just right. Thanks to the tech-enabled platform I chose, everything from the BOQ to the contract was clearly laid out, which helped the project stay within budget with only a slight delay. I opted for the premium package to include wooden doors and windows - a choice that slightly increased costs but was worth it.
