1 RK PG

Ranging from 320-450 sq ft, the unit is designed as an independent 1 bedroom studio

Each unit also features a kitchen and an attached bathroom

1 Room PG

100 sq ft rooms in a community living style design

There is a common kitchen and attached bathrooms as well as additional hang-out and recreational spaces

Both project types feature building structures designed as per the National Building Code, in consideration of the Soil Test report.

QASCON® - Quality Assessment System for Construction

A registered process by Brick&Bolt for Quality Management.

Mandatory Checks:

Checks that have to be performed at every site visit irrespective of the stage of the project.

No-Go Checks:

Stage wise checks where a project cannot proceed to the next stage if these quality checks have not passed.

Critical Checks:

Quality checks that are critical to the overall quality of the projects and site engineers have to make sure that these are cleared.
