At Brick & Bolt, we understand educational institutions' unique needs and the challenges they face and dedicate ourselves to providing comprehensive services in building schools. Some of the standards that our qualified architecture team ensures for every school are:
To maintain a minimum size of a classroom of approximately 500 ft (8mX6m) with a minimum floor space of at least 1 sq. mtr. per student
To build science labs of a minimum 600sft (9mX6m), one library of 1200 ft (14mX8m), a computer lab of 600sft(9mX6m) and all other facilities required, including those specified by various education boards.
To ensure the safety of the students as per the norms laid out in National Building Code-2016 or as amended from time to time.
To ensure the inclusion of differently-abled students by providing proper facilities like ramps in toilets for wheelchair users, auditory signals in elevators/lifts and other possible infrastructural facilities in accordance with the provisions laid down in RPWD Act-2016.
